Custard & Co
Set in the middle of apple growing country in Southwest of Western Australia, Custard & Co are a little different, using whole local fruit to make a true, whole apple cider. No concentrate, no flavouring, wild yeasts, open fermentation and good times. From their Original cider to yeasty Scrumpy cider, seasonal fruits naturally affect the textures and flavours of the cider, something Custard & Co embrace with open arms.
Feral Brewing Company
Feral handcraft a world class range of awarded beers expanding from the usual to the deliciously unusual. Taking inspiration from the full-flavoured hoppy ales prevalent in the US craft beer scene, the team set out to brew beer unlike anything else found locally. The result was something deliberately, and distinctly, Feral.
In 1987 four friends got together with a passion to brew beers better suited to meeting the changing tastes of modern Australians. With successes and failure along the way, the current Hahn Brewers continue their passion for brewing better beers, including Hahn Super Dry, Hahn Super Dry 3.5 and Hahn Brewers’ Radler. Enjoy!
One of WA’s fastest growing Craft Breweries.Located in the Swan Valley, Rockingham and Bunbury. Serving handcrafted beer and ciders with great food to match.
Otherside Brewing Co.
Their finely crafted beverages are, like our musical shindigs, manifestations of our core values: expressive, individual, local and natural…and all conditioned at suitably excessive decibels. This is sun-kissed beer with a swagger.
Swings & Roundabouts
Swings & Roundabouts is based in the northern end of the Margaret River wine region. Using skilled winemaking and by carefully selecting fruit, Swings & Roundabouts is able to deliver consistent value for money premium wines. What is in the bottle must exceed expectations every time. It’s classic Margaret River…fresh, creative, friendly and loads of backyard fun!
The West Winds Gin
The West Winds Gin first project looked to create two unique styles using local and imported botanicals that be cut with triple filtered Margaret River rain water. In 2011 and 2013, they won a gold for The West Winds Gin “The Sabre” and double gold for The West Wind Gin “The Cutlass” at the San Francisco International Spirits Awards.
