Angus Dawson

Angus Dawson is a producer/singer-songwriter from Perth, Australia. His music is introspective and reflective. The songs are immensely personal by nature and set against ambient electronic production. Placed in between the honest, rawness of folk and the unique, uninhibited environment that electronic production allows for. Unmis-takably textural, layered, ethereal and emotive. 2016 has been busy for this young producer, supporting the likes of Vera Blue, Boo See-ka, Thelma Plum, Bob Moses, Wafia. He released ‘Battles’  that has nearly amassed half of a million collective plays and given plenty of attention by triple j and triple j unearthed. Early 2017 will see the roll out his debut EP, Ellesmere Street.

Luke Cleland

Classically trained initially, utilising a finger-style reminiscent of English folk artists Nick Drake and John Martyn. He combines this style with a distinctive voice, husky in texture and tone which has been likened to Tom Waits and Joe Cocker. With influences such as Leonard Cohen, Fleetwood Mac, Paul Simon and Jose Gonzales his music is best described as a mixture of the aforementioned, with leanings toward a rhythm and blues feel incorporating folk guitar technique. After spending almost 15 years as a guitarist serving in countless bands in Australia and the UK Luke turned to vocals a few years ago to enable him to perform as a solo artist and provide some stability in an often unreliable world of frequent band breakups and line-up changes. Luke has been performing around the eastern suburbs for the last few years after moving from North Queensland.

Stella Donnelly

Fremantle musician Stella Donnelly writes songs that make you feel like you’ve known her for years. Her brutally honest lyrics and jazzy-pop melodies off her upcoming EP is what makes Stella so engaging to watch and listen to.
